Darius Has Much Better Sustain, CC and Damage Than Garen

Riot fixed Darius's issue which was sustain and now that he has that he's simply too strong currently, he has little counterplay with his passive and true damage dunk. Whilst Garen has all the issues he has before except that per chance he gets to his target he will deal more damage. His CC is now ignorable against tenacity and he's still kited pretty easily and not to mention he's entirely reliant on items to do his job. But now that his MS was nerfed this makes his laning phase even weaker and his engager poorer. Garen is supposed to the king of sustain but he simply doesn't match up to Darius when it comes to fighting. Sure Garen can take a breather and heal up for 10 seconds but Darius can do that and entirely ruin a team just by doing his job and doing damage.
