I have a decent discussion for you all

Alright, so I'd like to bring up champions that can shield and all these buffs to shields. Which btw if no one has realized this yet will be meta because everything else will be too weak comparative unless you are more skillful. I do not want to excuse that, but I want the people at Riot or the Community to talk about shields and what todo about them. Consider that they have the new rune for shields. I don't see anything happening to nerf shields in general, but there isn't any items that reduce or damage shields. So it seems very ridiculous that not even a Last whisper item or Ability Power counterpart does anything.

Too anyone reading this... learn you some shield champs to climb since it's the only thing untargetable by anything you can build or do as an ability!!!
