Ping Spikes after patch

Hi, after downloading the most recent patch I noticed my gameplay affected by ping spikes. I normally sit at 60 ping. While I have been playing this past week my games have spiked to 150 plus and drop back down all over. Very scattered ping spikes during the whole game. I'm not sure why but after the patch this happened. Does anyone have any ideas or has this happened to anyone else. Also my internet is decent I have 11 ping from isp and 200-300mb download rate. 11mb upload rate
