the problem isnt teamfight though. As a matter of fact mid-late Aatrox is viewed as being pretty manageable and his weakest points. its his ultra oppressive laning where he not only pokes hard,pushes fast but ALSO constantly regains hp off simply Q spamming the wave( why is his passive not 1/3rd effective vs minions or something?).
you wont be able to get any of those items pre-6 realistically no matter the game.
