tbh, between his buffs, conquerer release, and guinsoos rework, tryndamere has been a major pain in the fucking ass.
His ult is mega cheesey and probably the biggest thing that ticks me off.

Fits your description and I hope he gets his rework soon. I like him, but his kit just feels boring after some time.... everything except the Q is a passive effect (passive just gives more health regen, W is a glorified sunfire cape, E let your AA hit harder, R is healing and speed).
The murder medic has much more potential. Tho, even if he can jungle, I think they should primarily design him around being a top laner. That Mr. Hyde vibe kinda feels more correct brawling other buff dudes on top instead of smashing innocent jungle creeps, but that is just IMO (and Meddlers it seems, last time I asked him, he said he personally feels he fits the top laner fantasy more).

Hint 3: I have one ability that has minor CC - Now this will shave off a lot off of the list as a lot of them have more than one or less than one CC ability. I'm unsure if "minor CC" means hard CC or soft CC so for now, I'll list both. If there are too many candidates later on I will shave off the ones with hard CC. evelynn jax khazix nocturne nunu olaf reksai udyr wukong (Kayn isn't included as his CC only comes from when he is in red form.) (Rengar is a tough one as he technically has an ability that can give 2 forms of CC but is left out since he can stack his stun and slow in rapid succession off of his ferocity system.)

Now this doesn't seem like the champion you were talking about which could stem from "I can jungle" as pretty much any champion in the game "CAN" jungle but hey, w/e.
