Everytime I go against a heim as yasuo I actually have to try no matter if my lane opponent is a wood 5 feeder. His turrets without any cooldown items or runes are up way too fast, the mana cost is too low, and the damage./attack speed is just too high.

DSØ1 votesyou can side step them man but the turrets alone do a ton of damage, the old heim had to earn his turret cooldowns, this one doesnt and can literally put up new turrets level 1 every 2-3 seconds.
Kowe The Ewok1 votesThat's wrong and it's a fact. They still have 20s cd. He just starts with more stacks, turrets however deal half damage of what they did and don't regenerate like they did before due to Heimer passive.
Maybe you should play the champion at least once before you ask for nerfs.
DSØ1 votesIll play him tomorrow but the heim i fought (two games) was placing turrets everytime I took out his turret which as yasuo was about every 4 seconds. This was all at levels 1-3
