No more killstreak tag? Health bar issues

Why did this go away? I just got mowed down by a normal looking Vi that last patch would have had a mark next to her health bar telling me she was 5-0. That was good information that you could pick up with out having to tab to the screen and check everyone.

I also thought i was missing my glasses when I loaded in...the larger bars almost seem..blurry. I wonder if it's related to my monitor being 4K...

Finally, and this is probably just me, but I almost feel like because the health bars are bigger, the rest of the screen is now bigger and I can't view as much of the map space at one time.

Anyone else seeing these problems?
