I'm really enjoying the champ but is 
a must have on her?
It just feels really clunky and none of her abilities apply on hit effects that I'm aware of. I feel like this would be better replaced with something that makes me a bit tougher to kill like maybe

What are your thoughts?
I really don't care for it in most cases. The movement speed is nice since you'll ideally be roaming for 90% of the game, but relentless, waterwalking and celerity do more than enough imo. It works well with her attack pattern but I don't consider it a must-have.
The AP scaling is what makes it good, so your Q can melt at all stages of the game. It's not a bad buy.
