Do Graves is first ranged juggernaut?
My thoughts went to Graves and his tankyness with strong base dmg, mobility and no stun. I think he is a juggernaut.

Well you're kind of late, Graves has been known to be an abomination for a while and has got a whole lot of nerfs already. I guess he's way more balanced now so eeeeh he's fine imo How to say it? remember Hashinshin saying something like ranged kite burst juggernaught or something like that as a joke, though it was true at the time, Graves was pretty disgusting).
He's not a juggernaut, he has a dash. Juggernauts can't dash. ijs
