Here's what's in 6.15:

Tumble - Changed so that the basic attack and bonus damage can no longer crit separately.

Previously each used a different calculation, now both use the same one. Average damage should be the same, should be clearer exactly what happened though.

Q now works on towers, consuming the buff and dealing bonus damage.

We feel Vayne's a little on the weak side, even for experienced Vayne players (going to have to disagree with you on 'border of being broken'). We wanted to add a bit of power to her as a result, but didn't want to give her more raw damage against enemy champs. A bit of tower killing power by contrast seemed an appropriate choice.

The 25 range is likely to be pulled, and Q could already crit. Is just now it only checks for crit once, as opposed to separately for the AA and Q damage.

I mean we have worse things to deal with, Vayne won't be a problem. Not to mention all of her counters are meta.

I can't even remember the last time I've seen a Vayne. Let alone one that actually survived the laning phase.

Basically any other carry is way better than Vayne because their lane phase isn't shit tier and they still become godlike monsters late game

Where is Vayne boardline broken? Her late game isn't even very outclassing of others, and her early game is so terrible. Caitlyn, a lane bully, has similar late game to Vayne. (Paraphrased quote from the #2 Vayne in NA) Is there something wrong with buffing a bad champion?

Then again, I have seen people on this Boards call Kayle OP, so I'm not that surprised.

The Q could always Crit, they just cleaning up the math behind it and the R changes are likely being pulled

Agreed, ANY buff to Vayne will make her perma ban at this point.
