I can say he's obnoxiously overtuned, but he's not AP Yi.
IcyPepper2 votesHis stun has a 3 second delay, and his ultimate has a 4 second heads up if you're paying attention.
Even if he's overtuned, it's not like there's nothing to be done. You can actually react to nearly all of his kit, thank god.
