Itemization brainstorm
everything has way too much CDR, some items are weak and some are OP. My ideas below:
doesn't quite need the CDR. Replace that with 20 more AP.
doesn't need CDR either. What about 20 magic penetration?
cd should be 90 seconds(or at least 60), like QSS is 90
Revert the latest change
nerf active damage by like half
reduce proc damage by 50% and cdr by 10%. Reduce cost by 300. Make it scale with total AD, not just base(+40% total AD scaling).
melee only, +10 Armor, -10% CDR, +400 HP and +500 cost
+10 armor, 5% more attack speed reduction
-10% cdr and +10 lethality. Replace Phage with Serrated dirk, make another movement passive that is not unique with
reduce bonus armor penetration by 15%. Increase AD by 20
Nerf the AD by 10
buff the HP by 300
Nerf passive base damage by 20
Nerf true damage by 30%
HP back to 1k
Nerf active MS by 20% on ranged heroes
+60 AP, -20% AS. Passive procs on all damage dealt, but damage reduced by half.
+250 HP
+25 AP, +10% slow potency, -50 HP
That bunch of changes aims to solve several problems. First of all, with overabundance of armor penetration
and lethality in itemization. That makes building armor and playing
trolling. In addition, cooldown reduction is everywhere. It would be trolling to build both Froheart and Black Cleaver on Darius when enemy ADC is fed - he still needs Spirit Visage for the AP threats and that is 50% CDR.
is a very weak item and that could be a bandaid to it's problems. However, it might make champions with Deathfire Touch or other damage over time abilities broken, for example Teemo and his poison. Sterage offers nothing except health and questionable Base AD and nigh useless shield. Upping the amount of HP could make it more desirable for melees.
