Are you freaking talking about the 30/40/50% cd refund / refund on assist within 1.75 seconds of kill?
....Are we talking about the same champion? These buffs are absolute dog shit for what Lux needs. I'm like a top 250 Lux in NA. I've literally stopped playing her just recently because its occured to me that xerath does everything Lux does- but better.
Lux needs an E buff to be anywhere relevant to mid lane

Well, you posted this RIGHT as 8.7 dropped. Any sane human being would believe that you were attempting to reference the latest patch. It was just poor communication; next time I'd recommend linking the PBE notes, as that would have avoided so much confusion.
Yes these are HIGHLY needed changes, not to mention the increased scaling in 0 cast time. God it felt so bad that shielding often times would actually get you killed. You know something isn't right with a skill when your better choice is to continue running - because your shield stops you and has cast time.
I'm actually scared they are too much. I don't want her to be nerfed after 😣. A potential 3 illumination proc trade in bot seems really really powerful ..
nope , that's not what she needs , she needs buffs on her Q .
