Kindred Press the Attack
Would this work similar to Lucian with press the attack or does her q not count towards the proc?

Q does not count as an auto attack so it will not function in the same way. They'll need to auto three times to get the benefit.
How about the third e proc does that count for the 3 auto's. like E, auto, auto, empowered auto so does the empowered auto get the vulnerable 12% increase damage.
