Does anybody else out there use CDR glyphs on Lucian?

Recently, I've been going for 10% CDR in runes (5 Flat CDR Glyphs + 4 Scaling CDR Glyphs= 10% at lvl 18), and I've really liked the results. Combined with 5% CDR in Masteries, and Ionian boots, you get 30% CDR, which is pretty badass. To get to 40%, all you need is blue buff, blue pot, or another CDR item like Brutalizer or Spirit Visage. I've also tried out this set up on several other caster marksmen like Graves/ Varus/ Corki, and have been liking it. My ideal Lucian build:

I prefer Phantom Dancer over Shiv, just personal preference. My OCD brain highly prefers 55% crit chance over 45%. You can also swap out BT for BotRK or Essence Reaver, but I prefer the raw lifesteal and shield on Lucian, since he's such a short ranged carry.
