I'd personally go with Azir, because most people won't rage at you if you pick azir, while lots of people will be pissed at you if you pick Azir.
The hardest part of Anivia is positioning her Wall.

what about yas he looks like with his E and W he can outplay allot of laners? but i will look into azir
