thank god. That shit SUCKED to lane against, holy fuck. He did really well into almost all bruiser matchups, and many ranged matchups as well. The D-Shield buff against single target spells will significantly relieve the pressure of his early game spear spamming.

You'd better buy a lot of mana pots if you go E max, because of the higher mana cost. Also, your all in will be stronger, but your harass will be weaker because of E's much longer cooldown. You also have the problem of getting off the full channel, you either need to use W, or they have to stupidly walk right into you. The W + E combo costs at least 100 mana, and only gets higher as you level. You can get a lot more consistent damage and harass off if you max Q first, for a better mana cost, and less cooldown gating.

You use your E max to clear waves and to push your enemy away from them. Its actually a pretty wide enough cone that you can get them for the full damage of it. Skilled Pantheon's don't need to use their W to land their E.
Also, pretty much every good Pantheon top takes Flask first anyway.

Even played quite poorly one game and tower dove a jax and gave him a kill. He started talking all the shit about how he was gonna outscale me now with the gold and level blah blah. Came back to lane and killed him, because Panth is easy as fuck lol.
Kuroi861 votesPantheon has a powerful early game. He's hardly cancerous though. Start Cloth 5 and focus on CSing, don't trade with him if you can avoid it. The big thing is to keep him from snowballing, if you do then you'll outscale him.
