Shaco's stealth should work like Evelynn's

I have seen a lot of Shaco lately, and I'm getting pretty annoyed with how his stealth works. So many times I've seen him dropped to 1-5% health, then disappear into un-targetability, and Kill the nearly full health champ who was about to kill him! This has happened playing with and against Shaco's; and fankly, it's no fun, it requires no skill, and it's really annoying! People complain about a lot of champs who are too safe or hard to kill, Yet the jester never comes up.

In truth, I really dislike how most stealth champs work, ,but Shaco is the most prevalent. Eve's stealth has always been unique in that you can still see her AND attack her once she gets too close. This seems fair and logical, so why is she the only one who's stealth works this way?

Her stealth works that way because it is perma stealth. The others just have stealth for a limited time, or in teemos case, he can't do anything or he will lose stealth. It is a core part of her kit that makes her unique.

All champions are targetable during stealth, you simply need a pink ward. They are all still vulnerable. The reason Shaco needs to stay completely hidden is because his stealth is temporary, his JitB require a decently long setup nobody is ever going to give you out in the open, and because his little flash will never get you close enough to hit someone.

I'm fine with stealths at this point because they used to be MUCH worse. Kha'Zix is a second, teemo can't do it if he's trying to do any damage at all. Rengar is the biggest offender in my opinion. I like his mechanics, but I don't think his invisibility should be tied with his ability to see everyone else.
