Should mage/enchanter supports not have access to Ultimate Hat?
Title. With the new movement of UH to domination (keeping the initials, neat!) this means that champions who would otherwise go go sorcery and not domination, particularly supports, no longer have access to this rune.
This is especially painful to me because I really enjoy that rune on almost every support I play, from

Is it fair that supports are being left in the cold by this choice? and furthermore, is there any support that can actually take Nimbus Cloak in its current state?
