I dont lose top lane to my own mistakes in low elo because I rarely make them. The only time I make a mistake in top lane, is if I either forget to ward brush at 2:30 mark, or if i tilt myself by missing a few cs in a row.
I sugges you just keep on climbing as you are right now and then see how you perform on a higher level - although I suspect that this is not your main account based on the low number of games played.
My main account is diamond 3, this is my smurf. But man low elo is cancer. Legit made a game 2 games ago easy as hell to win, how did we lose? Bot lane and mid lane would be overextending 24/7 away from me and the jungler, thus getting caught by a 4 man and boom the enemy adc ends up getting fed.
Also keep one thing in mind: a better player than you would win most of the games that you lose. Focus on the things you control and don't underestimate the things you can control.
I asked a Challenger player (A guy who has coached me from silver 4 on January 4th to Plat 1 on march 16th) on why I was losing these games. He said sometimes you just get unlucky teams that dont listen, and said that my problem is that I go for kills too much instead of farm. So I am just gonna go back to farming.
