Very funny bug

I keep encountering this strange bug. It only happens during the first 10 minutes of the game.

Whenever someone shields me, the screen freezes for a few seconds. And if someone does shield me (I usually play jungle), then it's because I'm in trouble after getting invaded or after a countergank in the botlane or a similar crucial situation that usually ends with a kill or a death. The worst time for a game freeze. It's so funny I'd really make some memes about it, lol.
