Can we revert his reworked state and put him in the direction of removing mobility in favour of range

The main reason hes problematic is this mobility ..... when he was released he never had teh shurima shuffle it was a bug that was kept because the idea was nice ... but it has caused too many problems and id rather see the remove mobiltiy in favour of range version released... i believe a lot of the community of azir players wanted to remove mobility too... Even in this state nerfing teh range also nerfed mobility as his Q cant go so far...

I love azirs design etc but the fact i feel punished for wnating to play him is saddening ... It would be very simple to remove the mobility and change the E to something else .... FOr such an aamzingly designed champ we cant let him go .... dont let him be a kalista/ryze please :(

If not though is tehre a reason why hes kept in this state?
