Punish the problem, not the sup!

Why are we punishing supports by nerfing their items again? Because Klepto exists...

Here's the problem with the new item ADC backs, and I can't proc my sup item it delays my ability to build and gain vision... Just as bad if it does proc, the enemy knows the ADC is near or there's a potential gank from the JG. This is flat out stupid...

If Klepto is the the problem, and it is, just delete klepto!
