Spellvamp is going to be deleted. Are the Spellvamp Quints going to be changed into a different quint? Are we going to be refunded for them if they just disappear? Or will they disappear without any consolation?
I'm fairly sure my understanding of the future of spellvamp is that it'll still exist, there just won't be any items that give it.
As such, spellvamp runes/masteries will still exist, and the handful of champs that have it built in via passives will also still have it.
If they're really going to completely remove the stat then yeah they'll refund your runes. They did it with dodge runes before.
