He only has ap scalings on the flash thing and ult right? Seems like its innefficiemt

The problem with AP Lucian is that it's disgustingly strong in some scenarios. His E provides a lot of AP damage while his ult (which scales with AP) deals an immense amount of AD damage.

How do you build against that sufficiently while being able to out trade him? It's rough.
