You do realize the Q is relatively the same in terms of hitting it, the only easier part to hit is the 2nd part. But that only comes in effect if you're on half range... Usually, with skilled people you only hit the Q near max range where the speedbuff doesn't help, unless you want to chase after throwing it out, because good players generally don't go nearly into melee range of a mage.

tl:dr you get the speedbuff after casting.

I actually had a nidalee try to hard engage me at lv4 after I had poked her down and I had more than half health. It was pretty funny.

A snowball. Getting NLR before the opponent = poking them down over and over.

Although I was mostly poking fun at the fact that it seems no one knows how to play against her. It's like they think she can't do damage anymore just because she lost charm+dfg amp.
