Not saying that she is completely bad now but she is not the champion that I loved, she is not "my" Cassiopeia anymore.
She is too different, not just from her playstyle but the way she feels is nothing like the old Cassiopeia. The new one is soft and mellow, lacking the aggressive edgy feel of the old Cassio that would give you an adrenaline rush every time you entered into a fight.

E Cooldown to 0.75 from 0.9 E Mana cost to 40-80 from 60-80
If you pick up some CDR (which is really easy to get now) you should be back at your E spamming playstyle ;p
Just try to play around with some item builds and what not.
I'd try something with 
if I were you, her passive (and Q MS boost) give her above average MS to synergise with the Ludens :P
You also use A LOT of spells to stack it quickly
Bobloser35551 votesDon't think it will make much of a difference but I will try her again after the hotfix. I still think she will be too different from her older version for me to truely enjoy. Personally I think she is ok to play but compared to the old Cass it's a big loss, now she is like the other champs to me - playable but not particularly fun.
