They're just a little different in actions, but the mechanics are all the same. They both have spells that do a short dash towards enemy champion, they both have charged spells on their W that protect them and then after a while taunt/fear champs. And then they have ults that leap far away.

WW's entire kit is about hunting someone down and taking them out, especially if theyre low and trying to run away
Galio's kit has poke, a shield/damage reduction/AOE taunt, and two AOE knockups
Galio's kit is more about getting in the middle of the enemy team and wreaking havoc with his massive AOE cc
Their kits are completely different and you are on some shit if you think they're alike
