Why do some champions that clearly used duskblade not get compensation while others do?

Literally makes no sense.

According to lolalytics NA stats:

23.7% duskblade pickrate and 4th most popular item on her 26% duskblade pickrate and 2nd most popular item on him 52% duskblade pickrate and 3rd most popular item on him 13% duskblade pickrate and 4th most popular item on him (also insanely bad champ with 46% winrate) 47% duskblade pickrate and 3rd most popular item on him (ults in with duskblade proc ready)

but needs that immediate compensation right? Not like she cant just resort to going crit, while above champions likely lost a core item. gets it too (not saying he shouldnt, just pointing it out)

Really doesnt matter how much you hate those champions i listed because chances are you probably hate zed, kha and talon too, yet they got buffs. Is it just a stealth nerf agenda of theirs or what

And if you wanna talk about champion toxicity: stuff like khazix and shadow kayne can insta delete you with dusk or lethality in general and they receive compensation buffs but the champions listed above, while they do kill swifty, do not INSTANT delete usually ( maybe jarvan sometimes?)
