April Fools is over, 'Caster' ADCs need to go
The original concept of the ADC was to have high sustained DPS but in exchange be a useless potato for all of early game and for most circumstances even after that due to low burst and high item dependency
But nowadays we got the 'new and improved' ADC which is basically just an AD Mage with slightly shorter range but is way tankier and has lifesteal.
Graves/Lucian/Cracki/Ezreal/Jhin are abusively strong in lane, are super strong for the entirety of the game, are borderline impossible to duel, and continue to scale extremely well into late game.
As if things weren't hilarious enough, these Caster ADCs are all mobile and are absurdly tanky - it's as if every defense item in the game were designed with them in mind. When a Tank builds 3-4 defense items they end up doing no damage and still dying pretty fast, when Graves builds 1-2 defense items you can forget about killing him and he'll blow your face off in like 3 seconds flat. ** The fundamental problem with 'Caster' ADCs is that they don't have any of the disadvantages of a traditional DPS **

Casters are infinitely easier to kite/ orb-step with because their APM requirement is generally lower AND it's way easier to sling spells in general directions worrying only about angle of casting as opposed to AA orb-stepping in which you need to mouse in the right angle and the right depth and at higher APM

Spells have long AF range
-
Attack Speed is probably like the shyttiest offensive stat, and as a Caster you don't have to build much of it
-
Burst >>> DPS in laning as well as general trading
-
It's way harder to zone off a Caster from a fight because they'll just run back a few steps then throw their burst at your face while life-stealing because why not, then rinse and repeat. With AA-based ADCs when you chase them they actually lose a huge amount of their damage unless they're some kind of LCS pro.

Casters transition easily into mid game because they have good AD scaling on their abilities
