[Poll] Should Ryze's Root be nerfed?

On PBE, Ryze's W is getting cut down from 1 second to 0.5 seconds. It's been made very clear on Boards that Ryze is an unfun champion to face. Here are the main reasons why:

1. He scales off mana and AP (passive)
2. He is overloaded with his shield and MS (q nerfed) 3. His root lacks any counterplay whatsoever because it is targeted (w nerfs pending)
3. Damage and wave clear is much to high (e nerfed)
4. Still retains old kit but now with better Tahm ultimate (R _buffed _)

Wow! It seems that Ryze's whole kit is a mess. Luckily, the balancing team picked up on it and toned down 2 of his basic abilities. However, the arguably most frustrating part of his kit, Rune Prison, remains largely unchanged from alpha! At least it no longer lasts a whole 3 seconds. So I present to you this question
