Then don't use everything on the Vayne? Do you also try to stunlock an ulting Olaf or focus the ulted Kayle?

How about you target Soraka then? Move around her E, watch her Q, and focus her? Soraka Has to dump health to heal her teammates, and her ult is relatively weak in healing unless she has a lot of AP (which will be rare). Harass Soraka, and she can't do much to help Vayne , or any other ADC, or even her team.
