so victorious sivir is out on pbe, and its awful. this coming from me is really really sad since i had such low expectations of the skin. the one compliment i have is it doesnt look like warden sivir, but with how bad it is i kinda wish it did look like warden. i get the skins free and all but my god this skin is bad. sorry for all the rioters who worked on it, but it really is not a very good skin.
It's fitting actually, a boring skin for a boring champion. I'm guessing that Sivir's design is so dull, even the skin team got bored and half arsed the job.
It's more sad that the victorious skin was given to a champion that sees little play unless you are at higher elos.
I'm happy the victorious Sivir skin looks awful, seeing as it is the one skin I will never get.
Riot's giving you a free damn skin (and champion if you somehow don't own her), be grateful and don't look a gift horse in the mouth.

Just give Riot some time the skin just got to the PBE, it might be missing some attachments, plenty of skins go through this. Give Riot feedback and they can make texture tweaks and stuff.
I main Sivir as one of my Adc if for example i don't trust my support to peel for me or if the enemy has a support with hard CC. That being said I've seen the skin and honestly Warden Sivir blows it out of the water. Warden Sivir is what Victorious Sivir should have been but I already own the skin so I'm not missing out.
I was super excited since it is the first victorious skin I will own but then I saw it and decided to stick with my custom orange skin :/
I don't get all the hate for the skin, in my opinion all the victorious skins are kinda meh... Maybe morgana had some new particles but in general all were really simple and nothing new. But then again when riot changed 
everybody was mad, now everybody "loves" her. It's hard to please everybody so just hope for the challenger

ALL of Sivir's skins look atrocious, except for Snowstorm Sivir, which is why I bought it. Haha. Got all her other skins from mystery gifts. RIP.

LOL. Can you draw her? Can you make her model? Can you do any of the steps to make her look how you expect her to? No...So dont talk shit.
