Stats from one game isn't substantial, tho. Otherwise nemesis draft would have forced Urgot to get nerfed hard.

Play against or with him consistently before you call for a nerf. Also he has ignite, so he might have snowballed early.

If anything the mana cost on his E should be lower :P

That GP built absolutely no armor all game, even when Hecarim was getting fed. That's completely his fault. He probably kept trying to duel Hec afterwards and got obliterated by him.
