Lissandra passive change idea

maybe make her passive a stackable slow, she would be the only champ to stack slows. i was thinking of her slows cap at 45/60/75% at lvls 1/6/11. the debuff should be called "Freeze" ( im bad at names feel free to change it) and you can re apply the slow when they have the debuff on them, the debuff should last for 6/7/8 seconds ( or just a static 6)

E.G) your level 7 and your Q is lvl 4, it has a 25% slow meaning if you Q the enemy 3 times they will slow for 60%

EDIT: when i say debuff i dont mean the slow, the slow and the debuff are 2 different things, just clearing things up
