Buff Anyone That Doesn't Suck

The League of Legend's "Meta" makes the game less interactive, with everyone perma banning or always picking the same champions. Instead of changing the Meta, can you make everyone have around a 50% win rate and actually be able to lane against champions like Talon, Singed and Heimer. I looked over the patch notes for 8.14 and really? 100 increase on the cast radius of Viktor's W? No Viktor's problem is he cannot lane against anyone with all in's cause he cannot escape and does no damage early. Like I am just comparing Anivia and Viktor... Ya why would people play Viktor? Or play any tank other than Mundo? Or any assassin besides Talon? Just buff champions so everyone is on a equal playing field and not just some stat check "you win I loose" situation cause that is why people don't find this game fun anymore.[zombie-nunu-bummed]

Heimerdinger rework was just the most cancerous thing ever, making him even more oppressive against melee opponents "adding skill cap because he has to land his skills so towers deal even more damage", not like his hitboxes are huge

Viktor was broken in competitive. That is why he was nerfed a lot.

Many champs are low in winrate because they were too strong in competitive and/or highelo.

And some champs are just ridiculous if they had a high winrate. Think about it, a hard champ having equal winrate as easy champ isnt right. The hard champ should get nerfed, not too much because you should still be rewarded for playing hard champ, but enough so that not anyone can have as high winrate as easy champs.

There is just one champ who I can think of because lowelo players refuse to learn how to play against her and that is Ahri.

Also I like your comparison. Why play ahri when you can play Zoe and leblanc, am I right? XD.

Also 100 increase on his W is a pretty big deal. That is higher chance to get an AOE stun and more slow. It is a great zoning tool similar to Ekko.

Terrible suggestion.

Win rate isn't the only stat that mattes because not all champions have the same players playing them. Some champs have a very dedicated playerbase; when a champ has mostly very experienced mains playing them, it makes sense for them to have a higher win rate. On the other hand, champs that are played a lot by autofilled players should have a lower win rate, because they have a lot of inexperienced players on them.

Don't be bamboozled; handling champion data is complicated, and players unfortunately don't get to see a lot of it. That doesn't mean Riot always does it correctly; also means that "everyone should have a 50% win rate" is a sure-fire way to break the game.
