can we please get something done about this because it is just ridiculous. He literally scales too hard if he goes full tank to the point of it just being dumb. he does so much damage even though he has no damage items. so please can we get this looked at if anyway possible im tired of this dude half healthing my team with only a spirit visage or giant's belt.

You're phrasing it wrongly. Its not that he scales too well, it's just that hs base damage is so high he can put all of his gold into durability and still do fine.
