Edit In-Game Options (such as hotkeys) without being in game

Hey guys, I think it's wierd that I am not able to modify my hotkeys or other in-game options unless I'm in game. If I want to use different set-ups for different champs, I have to hastily change all my hotkeys after I buy my items and before I make it to the second turret.. sometimes I forget to rebind certain keys, and other times I'm not sure exactly where the command I want to bind is located, and I never get around to it and I am forced to use a less-than-optimal set up.

Riot should allow the editing of in-game options from the main menu.
