What the fuck is wrong with league right now.

When ever i que up with a friend the fucking game wont put up the accept option until after the fucking time is up. Also when I play fucking ranked theres a 20 second delay but the timer still shows as normal. I was just in my fucking champ select for promos and it was my turn to pick. There was 30 seconds left to fucking pick and then it kicked me for not choosing a champion. So that gives me an automatic loss for a promo game. What the fuck riot. This has been happening since the fucking patch came out. Can you fucking fix it please. Ive repaired the game multiple times and it doesnt do anything.
