Probably a good thing in the end. He'll get banned less and people won't complain as much when I play him.

Azir Base AD increased to 52 from 49 [Checking on this one, hold tight - Soldier AA Range reduced to 325 from 400] Conquering Sands ( Q ) damage lowered to 65/85/105/125/145 from 75/105/135/165/195 Arise (W) AP ratio on damage to turret reduced to .4 from .6
He needed it fairly badly

Meh, it was gonna happen anyway, at least he can be fixed with number changes and not kit reworks, though honestly I want a bit more context on his soldier AA range, was it nerfed so that you can only select targets to attack in a 325 range of them while the pierce AOE damage line remains the same length or was the AOE lowered too? if the AOE was lowered too it would make their attack visuals deceptive if they weren't changed to match the adjusted range.
I just want more clarification on it like "targeting range lowered, AOE same length" something like that so I have more information to see.
