Balance whining is never going to stop :/

Riot please add more rune slots/quints and more points-more options for masteries so we can customize it for champs that are toxic or that we dont like/have a problem with.

Poll: increase the options/customization of runes/masteries so that we can counter-play champs we hate to match with? yes or no? example: vs teemo: add runes that reduce blind duration, add masteries that deal with slow/damage over time spells duration, etc.. ? or wait for Riot to deal with the champs we hate/have an issue with?

i'd rather have the option to fight against the champs i hate playing against rather than call for Riot support
