Just to put this into perspective. 56% is a HUGE win rate. Anything that's above 53% is usually a sign that something about that champs kit is a bit too powerful. Now popularity is another obviously large issue, as quinn could've had a 60% win rate previously for all that it matters, because she was never picked. Now she's popular so a win rate that high is simply a sign for riot to say, HEY something needs to be done about this edge quinn has, it's a bit too strong. Always happens when a champion has an absurd win rate and is popular.
The Q nerf is unacceptable IMO.
"Quinn main" with 30,000 points that's barely over the necessary amount to get champ mastery in the first place. I have champion mastery on Lux by just like 1000 points am I a lux main now? Whal were on the topic I just got champ mastery on Zed I've been playing him a lot recently am I a Zed main now?

30k MP and you're a Quinn main? When did you start maining her? The patch she was reworked? Geee you're funny :^) try someone who has mained her since her release through thick and thin, then you can call yourself a "Quinn Main".
I agree that Quinn isn't as deadly when compared to other champs mentioned in a 1v1, but her ability to show up to any team fight anywhere on the map at any moment is what makes Quinn difficult at my elo in soloQ.
