Riot can you just buff runes/masteries so we can handle imbalance?

seriously getting tired of the constant balance whining, just fkn improve runes/masteries so that we can fkn customize them to defend ourselves against the champions we think are OP, for example, in bronze kat/yi (and probably others im not listing everything) are usually the 'OP' ones, yet in gold or diamond it's different, what if the player get's to set up runes/masteries to counter-play those champs? i dont think champ imbalance has to be this fkn broken, i think runes/masteries are the key to balance the game

I agree though there's so much imbalance. Granted it's almost impossible to balance but champions that are stupid op they do nothing about

There's nothing about "imbalance". Runes and masteries have nothing to do with it; if you can't deal with your opponent, #gitgud and come back again. If you and your teammates are smart enough, most of you would choose a champ that can deal with one/a few of your/their weaknesses. If you and your team aren't prepared, you deserved that loss. If you can't deal with trying a little harder, adapting to your situations, and working with your teammates without being toxic...you might as well leave. We don't care, you're not even Level 30 yet (neither am I, but I'm not the one being toxic about "imbalances"). There's a reason why you have to have 16 or more non-F2P Champs in Ranked. If you can't play with versatility or adaptability, you're that much less likely to be wanted on a team.
