I'd really love for this skin to work like DJ Sona, basically the opportunity to swap form with ctrl+5 so that i can use whatever i feel like and the ability to swap more times during a game.

Imo no. Each skin is suppose to be unique from one another, especially the ultimate ones.
While DJ Sona can toggle between her 3 looks it's her thing + the background music, E Lux is suppose feel like you evolve throughout the game from one element to the other.
Being able to toggle between all the looks not only would loose the feeling of evolution but also remove the uniqueness of combining 2 elements to form a 3rd.
While yes being able to choose whatever look whenever is na nice idea, it would ruin what makes E Lux special.
