all those ad reduction, the true damage taken from duskblade mr out of night edge so it is no longer a "good" item vs ap comps. Not to mention that with damage scaling with owner's level it's even worse for adcs.
Because Riot ran out of ways to widen the burst window for ADCs to live..

etcc arn't enough for an ADC to survive Assassins INSANE burst after the update.. So they're going to increase the window a bit more by giving Assassins cool unique ways to die.. As they get right clicked to oblivion for even trying.
Not to mention that with damage scaling with owner's level it's even worse for adcs.
And good, ADC's don't need any help right now
