Jhin w mark

Whenever you or someone hits an enemy a mark should pop next to him to show he is bindable. What has happend to me more than once and i've also seen in some streams is that for no reason the mark stays next to an enemy the whole game, making it impossible to understand if it's actually possible to root him or not. (i do not know under what coditions this happens but it can really be annoying.)
