So, can i ask a question? How in the name of god, is a champion with 4 dashes, one of which gives an AD SCALING SHIELD, 2 CC's and an ult that moves insanely fast, has an insane area of effect AND does a tone of damage, balanced?

I just played a game where my adc flamed at me and our entire team for not peeling for him, put when i WAS peeling for him nothing i did put a dent in riven OR stopped her from reaching my adc, all because of 4 dashes and a shield the only way we could beat riven was by having us spend all our cc on her, but then the enemy adc would walk up and wreck us

How do people think this is balanced?

is riven not at one of his worste state's ever?

i find laning against riven somthing of a dance of just count the jumps he uses and go in at the right time or take a champ like malph build insane armor early and play safe come to early mid game you own him and you are more reliable in tf

Well, Riven is a pain in the ass. Your top laner has to take advantage on her very early. Panth can do the job, and others I guess. But this champ as a great lvl 1 killing potential, with or without ignite.

I have to admit that the AD scaling shield is pretty unfair.

So then, why do champs like Karma and Lux get an AP scaling shield? I mean, their main damage source is AP, so they shouldn't get defense for building damage, right?
