If Azir isn't allowed to get damage from having 2 or 3 sand soldiers hitting the same target beyond the first than Illaoi shouldn't be allowed to get damage from hitting a champion and their spirit with the same skillshot. It does way too much damage.

Her spells ARE so SLOW that you can dodge every ability unless you're diving in and going all in, if that is the case then you have already decided you can win or feed. In which case don't pick a even fight with her with her already having 1 tentacle up???
She is so susceptible to ganking since she has no escape either. Even the tentacle falling on you is so avoidable.

In Illaoi's case, it's less likely to have two tentacles in the same area, unless in ideal situations. But I do agree that it does become overbearing in such ideal positions. (especially when she pulls off her ult.)
