If teemo and karthus are banned from one for all? why not cassiopeia?

If anyone knows this stupidity and pain to play anything against this, i am sorry, she needs to be banned from the pool, it is not ok to have 5 cass's with .5 e's while throwing down 5 w's and ulting one after another, there is very little counterplay to it and definitely is up there with teemo and karthus all for one level...
