The New HUD
I'm going to get down voted and flamed for this but... I like it. I really do and here is why.

My team mates health bars are over my map. This means I can check their position and vitals at the same time instead of having to look from one side of my screen to the other.

The information is more consolidated. The old Hud hand information all over the place. Now its nice a neat in 2 locations

I can hide and unhide my stats whenever I want. This isn't information that I CONSTANTLY need. I personally prefer to keep it up but now I have the option and may use that option in the future.

We get MORE information with the new HUD. My CDR is constantly view able, I can tell approximately how many minions are in that wave, I know exactly when my team mates are going to get their ULTs. Its just more information that we didn't use to have readily available to us.

Finally... It just looks better. It fits the map design and the art of the newer champs. The old one didn't fit in anymore and just seamed out of place.
I get that when something that's been in place for 5 years changes there is going to be backlash. People don't like different. However I think if you give it a chance and time you'll come to like it too. Love it or hate it the new HUD is here to stay.
